Preventing Sport Injuries Community Workshop

Whether you're just starting your pole and aerial journey, or on your way to become an expert, you would have experienced some level of discomfort in your body. Learn how to lower your chances of injury through this workshop, as your most common pain points are addressed.

This interactive workshop will have hands-on demos and an opportunity for you to ask your burning questions.

The workshop will be held in 2 parts, participants are encouraged to sign up for both!

  • Prevention strategies
  • On and off pole strengthening & conditioning exercises

As an active Judoka, he innately understands how sports injuries and pain can affect people, from both a physical and mental aspect. His personal goal is in finding effective ways to relieve pain, aid injury recovery and help people return to pain free sporting performance!
