Week 1: Wrist and Knees – A Deep Dive Our journey commenced on November 19th, focusing on the intricacies of the wrist and knees. Participants immersed themselves in:

  • General Anatomy: A captivating exploration of the inner workings of the wrist and knees.

  • Injury Mechanisms: Understanding the science behind how injuries unfold.

  • Prevention Techniques: Practical insights into proactive measures for injury prevention.

  • Strengthening & Rehab: On pole/off pole exercises and strategies for enhanced strength and effective recovery.

Week 2: Shoulders – Elevating our Understanding Continuing the momentum on November 26th, the spotlight shifted to shoulders. Participants engaged in:

  • General Anatomy: Unveiling the complexities of the shoulder structure.

  • Injury Mechanisms: Decoding the mechanisms that lead to shoulder injuries.

  • Prevention Techniques: Practical approaches to prevent shoulder injuries.

  • Strengthening & Rehab: On pole/off pole exercises tailored for shoulder strength and recovery.
