Bust, Underbust, Waist, Hip Measurements, Height in CM, Cup Size (For Made to Measure) OR S,M,L. If using standard sizing, please include size for top and bottom separately.

4. Bra Padding

Cup Size, Slot for padding, Thin padding (+6EUR), Push up padding (+6 EUR)
