Pre-Orders

Orders are procured directly from brands, sometimes even before their official release! You may also get to customise your pole wear or get your hands on limited edition sets!

How it works: 

1. Check our Pre Orders page to see what is currently open for orders.

2. Shop relevant catalog provided in the PO listing.

3. Please ensure that you fill up all necessary details for us to place your order

4. An order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your deposit(please kindly check junk/spam/social/promotions folders as well!).

5. Every brand available for pre order has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) before the brand will accept the order. Once MOQ is reached, the preorder closes, and the order is sent to respective brands. Status of each preorder can be tracked via the Telegram channel - Pre Orders section. Please contact us if you are not currently a member of the group.

6. When items arrive in SG, an email will be sent to you to make the rest of the payment. This can take up to a month or so, depending on how fast manufacturers are able to make your items.

7. If payment is not received in 48h, Phoenix will drop you a tele pm (We know it is easy to miss out emails! Or they may mistakenly get sent to Spam)

8. Once payment is received, they will be dispatched to you asap!

9. If no response is gotten from email and tele pm, your deposit will be void and non-refundable. You will only be able to purchase instock items until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of Phoenix Collective SG. 

Order Arrival

As many brands work on a largely made-to-order basis with a small inventory volume, do allow time for processing, manufacturing and shipping. We will do our best to get them into your hands as soon as possible.

PO Deposits

When we receive a deposit from you, that will mean it is a confirmed order. The Telegram channel - Pre Orders section will reflect the current updates for your pre order. For us as a small business, it helps to minimise MIA/dead buyers which will severely impact our operations.

 

Pre Order FAQs

1. What if my item(s) are OOS?

We will contact you for a backup order or convert your $20 deposit into a gift card which you can use for any in stock or next pre order

2. I have received defective/wrong items

Please take a photo of the affected items and send it to us, we will advise you on the next steps. DO NOT remove the item from original packaging and tags.

3. I would like to cancel/change my order

Please ensure that all order details are correct and only placed if you would like to buy the item. Once preorder is closed for order collation and payment, cancellations/modifications are no longer possible. You will be liable to pay for all orders placed.

4. I have forgotten what items I have purchased

A copy of your order is sent to your email upon order submission. Kindly check your junk/spam/social/promotions folders in the event that you did not receive an email in your primary inbox

5. When is my order arriving?

We endeavour to get your orders to you speedily. However, the arrival of items are sometimes delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. The Telegram channel - Pre Orders section will reflect the current updates for your pre order.
