Returns & Exchange

Wrong Size

With the exception of sales (see below), we accept exchange for instock items within 7 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags together with its original packaged bags. 

Please email us at phoenixcollectivesg @ gmail with your order number and name of the item(s) to proceed with an exchange.

Please arrange for the item to be sent back to us via tracked shipping and furnish us with tracking details once available. Once the item has been received and verified to be unwashed, unworn and have its original tags together with its original packaged bags, the new item will be sent to you. All shipping is borne by you. If a refund is required, it will be dispensed as shop credits. If a topup is required, you will be required to make payment before the new item is sent out.

Faulty Items

Faulty items must be reported at point of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags together with its original packaged bags. 

Please email us at phoenixcollectivesg @ gmail with your order number and name of the item(s) to proceed with an exchange or refund.

Please arrange for the item to be sent back to us via tracked shipping and furnish us with tracking details once available. Once the item has been received and verified to be unwashed, unworn and have its original tags together with its original packaged bags, a replacement will be sent to you. Return shipping will be reimbursed, up to $3.50 per transaction.

Please note that faulty items will only be replaced once. In the case of refunds, item cost only be disbursed after the faulty item is received by us, via your original method of payment. Please note that any amount paid for mail is not refundable.

Sales

All sales items and items with sales promotions applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges once processed. Sales include both in person and online events, campaigns, and promo codes.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once processed. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to logistical or shipping issues, we will provide a refund through your original mode of payment. However, it is important to note that simply pulling out of a pre-order due to items being out of stock is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

Event Purchases

All event purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges once processed. Please get staff to show you samples where available to verify items and sizing before placing your order. We do not allow trying on for ALL items.

Giveaway Prizes

Giveaway prizes are fixed, please only enter if you would like to receive the item, as they cannot be exchanged.
