Wrong Size

We know it’s difficult to gauge sizes online; we’ve been there!

We accept exchange for instock items within 7 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags together with its original packaged bags. 

Please email us at phoenixcollectivesg@gmail.com with your order number and name of the item(s) to proceed with an exchange.

Please arrange for the item to be sent back to us via tracked shipping and furnish us with tracking details once available. Once the item has been received by us and in satisfactory condition (see below), a replacement will be sent to you. All shipping is borne by you.

Faulty Items

Please email us at phoenixcollectivesg@gmail.com with your order number and name of the item(s) to proceed with an exchange.

Please arrange for the item to be sent back to us via tracked shipping and furnish us with tracking details once available. Once the item has been received by us, a replacement will be sent to you. All shipping will be reimbursed borne by us, up to $3.50 per transaction.

Please note that faulty items will only be replaced once. If the replacement item is also claimed to be faulty, please arrange for the item to be sent back to us via tracked shipping and furnish us with tracking details once available. Once the item has been received by us, 50% of the item cost will be refunded to you.

 

Pre-Orders

We do not offer returns for refunds or exchanges for pre-ordered items once order has been processed. Please verify items and sizing before placing your order. If your order is unable to be fulfilled due to logistical or shipping issues, a refund will be dispensed.
