Please ensure that your mailing address is entered correctly. Phoenix Collective is not liable for any lost mail due to incorrect mailing address. Additional costs will be incurred for dispatch of any returned mail.

Phoenix Collective is also not liable for any loss mail sent via the non-trackable normal mail option.

Please note that orders will only be shipped when the full order is ready for dispatch. If you would like available items to ship first, please contact us after payment.

Mailing & Delivery within Singapore

All orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. 

• Normal Mail via Singpost
  We provide free normal mailing for instock orders above $120
  
  Please note that normal mail is non-trackable. By selecting normal mail, you have absolved Phoenix Collective of any responsibility to your packages once it is handed over to Singpost. We highly recommend a trackable option where possible. 

• Tracked Courier
  Tracking information will be sent to you via email once available. 

International Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. If you are unable to checkout due to your location, please contact us and we will be able to give you an estimated shipping rate!

• Malaysia & United Arab Emirates
  We offer trackable mail. Once courier has picked up your parcel, you can expect your orders to reach you in 15 business days. Tracking details will be sent to your email.
