NX Model uses an Allen Key to change between spinning & static mode. Pole is bottom loading, so no ladder is required for installation/removal.
Standard set is adjustable for ceiling heights of 2235mm to 2745mm. (If your ceiling height is exactly 2745mm an additional extension may be needed depending on your set up location.)
